Le secteur est très intéressant, avec plusieurs commerces à proximité et la ligne bleue du métro y sera bientôt. Excellent customer service. I went there to get information for the purchase of a new condo, the staff were very welcoming. The area is very interesting, with several shops nearby and the metro blue line will be there soon.

Very disappointed in a large company failing to issue a refund. Update: I got my refund in the mail.
A	A C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passed by the rep office, as I was in the area (I was aware that I was ahead of time, since the official launch dates are in Feb.) however I took a chance anyway. Walked in, and the whole experience from beginning to end unprofessional. The man at the back did not lift his head. It's as if I did not exist. The hostess at the door began asking me questions that had nothing to do with what I was inquiring about. They were not answering my questions, I had to pull teeth. Another lady came out from the back, gave me the information package that was already prepared on the counter in front of me. If the service is this bad in pre-sale, I can only imagine what it'll be like when they have your money. They just lost a potential client. Red flags all over the place!
