Went in on Monday afternoon, hoping to refill a CO2 tank that I had previously refilled at the store before. I was attended by a very unfrienly associate who was wearing glasses and was bald. He was extremely rude to me, refused to serve me unless I spoke French, and once I did, he was laughing at my accent. I really enjoyed coming into the store before until I was so grossly disrespected for my language abilities and whatever other prejudice this guy had. I speak 3 languages and I find that in a multicultural city such as Montreal, it is sad that this establishment chooses to discriminate against customers whose 1st language is not French. Will not be coming back here.

Vert good service having my wine made first time Difference from having crushed grapes this year.choices of different flavors of wine tired of always drinking the same wine all year. I decided to have 3 or 4 different flavors of 30 litres each.i tried his wines and there great. Claudio this year ur making my wine. Thank you see u soon. Frank Mirabel

In terms of Products you guys have pretty much everything and I do tip my hat to you, but when it comes to service I agree with the last review. I was served by the same person more than once and I to felt that he is unfriendly. So because of your staff my rating goes from a 5 star to a 3 star.

Drove about 45 minutes in order to reach this store as it is the closest homebrew in my area. Upon arrival I was ignored for about two minutes as covid measures don't allow for one to shop alone (totally justified). Once I was greeted the employee came off as slightly rude and almost annoyed by my presence. I asked for beer supplies as their Google, website, and window all state that they carry beer supplies. The employee replied extremely rudly that they don't carry beer supplies. I let him know that I had come from far and to avoid repeat issues such as this he should change his website which still listed beer supplies, he did not appreciate my comentary and I left the store quite disgruntled and angry with the service I had (not) recieved. I reccomend giving your business to another store which may better appreciate its customers. ordering online is cheaper and easier and without good service, going in store is only a nuisance especially with Covid.

Great place to purchase supplies for making wine, mead and cider. Prices are good and the staff is friendly. Things I would improve would be business hours; they are not open late any day, so you have to do during the day. Also there were a few items I wanted that they did not have. Overall I recommend and plan to go there on a regular basis as I start new brewing projects.

Everytime I call or buy anything the owner always has the time to explain and during the hours when he is not busy is a wealth of solid advice. I have used their on-site service too . I highly recommend the nebbiolo, the sauvignon white, and the trebbiano....

Order over 200 Bottles , the quality was terrible, one batch of wine Chianti had a moldy taste, the corks on all the wines were not the proper ones, they were so easy to pull out from the bottle that over time air will get into the wine, the quality was supposed to be very high end and was definetly not, don't waste your time or money at this place, previosly i went to The Hobby Store in Pointe Claire there they know what they are doing. When i called up to talk to the owner and i mentioned all these problems he said OK and did nothing was not interested in what i had to say after giving him a large oreder, very very unprofessional so WARNING WARNING WARNING dont go there and go to the Hobby Store in Pointe Claire. After posting this review, they called me back the only reson was they saw the objective and relavent review that i wrote, i only wrote this because the owner hanged up on me i never hanged up on him and that is another reason not to trust this store. In addition when we ordered so much wine the owner said we do not supply the corks but since you are ordering so much wine we will provide them, imagine ordering 200 Bottles and they are charging you for the corks, in addition i used the same bottles with another supplier and i never never ever had any problems, so does this store use special wine bottels that nobody knows about. The Chianti was moldy and i had a few people try it and they said the same thing they even did not drink the wine. When i called the owner to complain about the wine he said OK and then he hanged up so i want to make this very clear he was the one that hanged up on me; i expected him to do something about the quality of wine and all i have to say they have quality problems in producing wine for clients. The other store is excellent and you could taste the diffrence in all the wines they were excellent and great so beware before going to this establishment to buy your wine. I cannot stand somebody that lies to me ......!

Very friendly staff. They greeted us when we walked in and were happy to answer our questions about certain items. They have a great selection of wine-making products. I'd highly recommend this establishment for anyone who makes their own wine, from beginner to expert makers.
