★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend them! I usually don’t pay any attention to “posters”, from someone who has a screen name of “my buns”, nor someone who complains that they are closed over lunch. Some businesses do that princess.
I am a “real customer”, in the medical field, and they are very reliable. They do a lot of deliveries through this health region, and I appreciate that. Don’t understand the purpose of their posts.
Maybe spend the extra $40, and get purolator to deliver it for you? Between the hours of 9am-5pm?! Grow up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They work for ups ...and these guys are lazy....closes their store after midday. My package is sitting with them for last 3 working days and still they haven't delivered it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lady that I dealt with can be a bit impatient at times. However. She does get the job done. As far as the services they provide. I give an A+. Have ordered from UPS and Nelson Courier delivers the packages for them in Yorkton. UPS gives me terrible delivery estimates. Late to get the packages to Nelson. Anyways, Nelson Courier gets the job done professionally and efficiently. Have had them be very understanding about my frustration with UPS and they try their best to accommodate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are supposed to do work for UPS here in Yorkton, but they are too lazy to fulfill pickup orders or to do a 2nd delivery attempt as they are required by UPS. Multiple times I had the issue that they didn't deliver a UPS package and I had to pick it up at their office during their extreme limited office hours in the morning. Today I was expecting a pick up by UPS and I gave them pickup window of 7 hours, but they didn't show up. When I called UPS to complain about it, I was told the pickup was marked as successful in the system. They even rip off UPS by cashing in for the pickup but don't show up. How bad can a business be?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came from out of city to find out that they are open till noon. Lady helped me to still send the package though she was rude on phone.
The gentleman who took my package was very polite.
Overall good experience.
