β β β β β Rod Neil is arrogant, rude to his customers and has no people skills. He assumes the lay person can understand legal jargon and gets frustrated and rude if you dont understand. I will NEVER use his services again and will NOT reccomend him to anyone. He does an extremely poor job at explaining things assuming I should have known and has left my family in a sticky situation as a result.

I had a fast approaching closing date and Neil Law ensured that the required legal documents were provided within the tight timelines. They were very professional and quick to get back to me on the process of how things should work. Neil Law is a very adaptive organization. Even though I was no longer in the province and could not actually meet with them the sale of my home went off without a hitch. I would gladly use their services again if I were selling property in Edmonton and would recommend them to friends.

β β β β β We have been using Neil-law both corporately and personally for over 20 years. During this time we have purchased several homes, that have been judiciously closed with attention to detail that was exceptional.
When one previous owner tried to slip in a fence encroachment without notifying us, Mr Neil not only caught it, but was able to ensure that we were not left with an additional $2500 bill from the city for this previous owners issue.
On another occasion we attempted to purchase a condo, and unknown to us there were serious omissions within the documents. We were advised not to continue until proper paperwork was provided which saved us untold amounts in grief and long term expense.
With our corporation we rely on Neil-Law to maintain the articles of incorporation, the minutes and the corporate renewals. Neil-Law has performed exceptionally in this capacity for over two decades. We have experienced reliability, absolute professionalism and significant economy during this time. We would not only recommend Neil-Law for their legal expertise, our corporation lives by it.

He oversees our real estate, wills and many other matters. Rod is well connected so if an issue arises that is outside of his legal expertise he knows who can be entrusted with the task. His fees are very fair and he goes above and beyond!

Rod sat with me and discussed all my needs in detail with me leaving his office feeling calm and confident.
