Beautiful park with some really nice indigenous artwork and beautiful views of the Walterdale Bridge and downtown Edmonton.

Beautiful park with thoughtful art. A great addition to our river valley and a wonderful use of what was simply empty space. Looking forward to the artist placards being in indigenous languages as well as French!

Portrays different Indigenous artwork which is informative and meaningful. It’s a small park and better be careful if you have kids coz it’s near a busy road..

Great place for a picnic--& and an education! Bottom of the stairs on Sask Dr, or there's close parking off Queen Elizabeth Drive, w/chair access to some areas. Lots of small hills and more private areas, too. The many art installations have 3 First Nations languages plus English. More traffic noise by edges of the park, but definitely a mini oasis, tucked within Edmonton. I walked the stairs out, to UofA, my party walked the Walterdale into the city, and the other, on crutches, needed w/chair parking. Perfect! (Ok, a lawn mowing would reduce the mosquito population - bring some repellant!!!) EDIT: came to watch YEG's fireworks? The northwest hill, with a view of the Waltedale, has the best views in town. Sadly, this is no longer a best kept secret, so GET THERE EARLY to enjoy! ?

Fantastic art work in a setting of natural surroundings. I would recommend coming here for a great insight into the First Nation people and the beautiful art work they have created. The art work is spaced out nicely along a wandering trail. It’s a new installation. There is a nice area with a shelter and picnic tables.

Beautiful park. The art pieces are very meaningful and an education for those of us who are learning about indigenous people.

Beautiful park with gorgeous view especially in the autumn. From the name of the park, you can tell that the park is related to indigenous people. There are some indigenous art works here where you can explore. Additionally it is a great place to check the skyline of Edmonton. Really relaxable and peaceful place. Worth visiting if you have time.

Beautiful park. It features a number of beautiful and inspiring indigenous artwork. One of the art pieces was done by an inspiring friend and architect Tiffany Shaw-Collinge!
