When we originally listed our place (later to be removed from market due to things changing on our behalf) Neil sat with us and showed us where the market stood, Rather than telling us how much we should list for. He left us to decide what we should do based on the market. Later when we purchased our second property Neil was very helpful. Had bookings set up quickly and was never pushy trying to get us into a place. When we finally found what we wanted he was very organized and upfront with everything. All around great experience. Look forward to using him again in the future and will never hesitate in passing his name along to anyone looking for a quality realtor.

He was never pushy and always let us ask questions. He was always prompt wth his replies to my questions and concerns. At first we were thinking of selling our home by ourselves but the headache is definitely not worth it. Neil made everything progress very smoothly and made an effort to help us understand everything!
