My wife and i are not first time home buyers and we are both construction workers so I would say we are more discerning then some.
We never felt pressured, and Pankaj (paul) was willing show us any home we wanted to see. When we found a home that we loved, he guided us through the offer process and in the end we bought a fantastic house at a fantastic price.

He was extremely knowledgeable about the area, current market situation and was very helpful on all aspects of the transaction and made the whole process absolutely hassle-free.
