I took a laptop in to them, they got it working and charged me $100.00
It stopped working after about a half hour so I took it back to them and they said they could fix it again but they wanted $100.00 again and when
I questioned them they got very rude and then wouldn't give laptop back without paying so they still have my laptop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want horrible customer service, used products, refuses to return broken items. This is the place for you. After arguing with the most unfriendly employee on the face of planet earth they finally returned my product. I wouldn't recommend them to no one! The source is a stones throw away. Avoid wasting your hard earned cash!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They handle the Dhl shipping to Grand Forks and it takes 1-2 weeks long for them to bring your package from castlegar to gf. If it was only once no big deal, but this is every time! There hours on their door say mon-fri 9-5. Every time I go there 1-3pm they’re closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The two times I tried to get something fixed they messed it up.
The first time I took my iPad mini 2 in and asked for them to fix my headphone jack, the part took 6 weeks to come in and then another week to fix and then they couldn't fix it and on-top of that we got charged 60$.
The second time we had a laptop that would crash randomly and they found out it was the hard drive but 8n the process of taking it apart they broke the trackpad and compensated with a mouse (for free at least).
I wouldn't trust them with anything that isn't a PC tower at the moment but with time they will hopefully improve.

I would highly recommend Neighbours Computers to anyone with Cell phone, Internet and/or Computer issues. They are very affordable and give you that small town friendly treatment!! 10 out 10 awesome store!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very amazing staff and quick efficient work!!!! Very friendly and helpful! They charged me for just one hour and got my computer (that wouldn't work at all) running great. I would highly recommend this great small town computer store. Neighbours Computers will order anything in, they have fixed my cellphone screen before for a very reasonable price and also all their stock is priced match BestBuy to ensure I always get the best deal!!! Very great store! Nathan and Barry are extremely knowledgeable and quick to help. Thank you Neighbours Computers !!!!
