β β β β β Lots of interesting bits of history and paraphernalia. The kids enjoyed it, but I swear some of the displays invited child tampering; we played a lot of defense, so couldn't read all the displays.

β β β β β Great little museum in a school from 1929. Thousands of artifacts on display. Rentable outdoor covered venue for weddings and other events. Bread baked in and outdoor peche from flour locally milled nearby.

β β β β β Extreme disappointment and devastation is what I felt after visiting the place. Grand Forks is known as a Doukhobor settlement place and lots of people referred me there for information. Instead I found tons of artifacts and 2 teenage emplyees who seemed to have NO idea about Doukhobors at all!!! All they could do was take my e-mail and promise to contact their friend in Saskatoon on the subject. Wouldn't be surprised to get a couple of Wiiipedia links a while later. Major disillusion to say the least.

β β β β β A very unique meaeum with friendly staff. Cost is $5 for adults and you can stay as long as you want. The staff is knowledgeable of the artifacts and willing to interact with the guests and answer questions.

β β β β β The Museum continues to gather artifacts reflecting local history. Some of those artifacts are refurbished to an operational level making them invaluable to the Interpretative Centre. Examples: brick oven, blacksmith shop, drag saw, buggies and stagecoach.

β β β β β A great place to stop and see Grand Forks BC history. Have a picnic or rent the place for a wedding or activities. I have been there lots of times for a walk through the Boundary Museum and other activities. Enjoy the area.
