★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neil is amazing! I had a crack in the plastic border around my screen and I needed to get it fixed quickly to avoid potential damage to the actual screen. I tried calling 4 other computer repair shops and they told me they would need to take my computer for two to three weeks just to provide my with an estimate. Neil was able to provide the estimate within 48 hours and all I had to do was send him a picture of my laptop. When I brought it to him, he fixed in about 15 minutes while I waited in my car for a very reasonable price. He also responded to all my questions and concerns via email very promptly. I am so glad I found him online. I highly recommend him for computer repairs! Thanks Neil :)

However, after much research and lots of calling around for pricing, timeline, and general customer service, Neil seemed to be the best and obvious choice, and I was right. He was informative, friendly, quick to respond and returned my laptop to me less than 24 hours of dropping it off. Thanks for fixing my laptop, Neil! I would recommend his service to anyone who needs their laptop/computer repaired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a very beastly and expensive laptop, an Alienware Area51m that, as I found out in many calls, not many people work on. I was thermal throttling and losing performance. Upon looking online, I saw all the great reviews and called here. Not only was the tech able to spend the time to talk to me about my issues, but he was super friendly and knowledgeable. I gave him my machine and in less than 18 hours, I had my machine cleaned and repasted. Works like the day I got it, 100% perfect, price was great and service even better. My go to tech for life, if you're not sending your machines here, you're doing yourself a disservice.

I went straight to Google and Neighbourhood Computer and Laptop Repairs popped up and stood out to me due to the great reviews. I called and spoke with Neil who gave me a brief description of what could be the causes of the laptop's issues.
To make a long story short, I dropped my laptop off to him, he accessed the issues, and called me back promptly to tell me what he has determined the exact issue to be. I gave him the go-ahead to do the repair.
Neil was very prompt, thorough, and efficient with the work and service that he provided to me regarding my child's laptop. I also find that the rate that he charged me was very reasonable. He was the first and only call that I made regarding the damaged laptop and I am happy and very satisfied with the outcome. I will return to Neighbourhood Computer and Laptop Repairs for my future computer/laptop needs.
