★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disorganized. Some nice people, but nothing you can rely on. Shifts change, layoffs, poor production systems, too much expectation of people run in every direction. They need organization, and good leadership, but just dont have it. Stressfull workplace. Would not work there again.

Maintance not very good. Lucky to have 2 sub contractors service trucks
Part replacement mechanics cant fix or make things work. Head a maintance won’t fix broken seats in equipment or simple light bulbs high hopes for the new superintendent but above him zero. Money making skills lucky or soon enough they will be broke the millions the lose trying to save a penny
Running equipment with major issues lucky this winter there’s been no head on collisions
Fired 5 supervision canned 4 operators an 5 great operators left for frustration zero training programs. Just thrown into the fire. Lack of cross over an ever so often doing rework worst reclamation job I’ve ever seen from the 10 years of taking part in.
