NCM fails to pay bills. I would caution anybody working with this company.

Extremely high quality work & professional employees - They were doing some work on my yard and made sure to wash off the dirt and rocks off my driveway afterwards & even covered my windows with plywoof to prevent any splashback

Kris does not pay his bills. He rented a screening plant from us received a months free rental. Then caused $8000 + in damage and is now a ghost! I strongly caution doing business with this outfit.

- Failure to maintain trucks . - Blames employees for broken parts . - Forces employees to work with broken and dangerous equipment. - Has employees use duct tape to hold together large suction pipes going into sewer systems . - Threatens employees when they do not want to work 12 hour days . -Pushes employees to hit unrealistic goals and poorly clean city - infrastructure to make more money . - Failure to have permanent building area despite promising employees for years . - Does not pay bills on time or pay employees on time . - tried to get employee to drive truck with broken air brake system. - fails to provide proper safety equipment on basis ( employees use them too often) - Supervisors bully and demean employees - installed cameras facing employees within the trucks to spy on them throughout the day. - Attempted to remove holidays from employees for being late. - Told employees that they would only get paid for 4 hours work if they failed to clock in even if working 10 + hours. - Has had 4 different safety supervisors in the past 2 years due to bad safety practices - does not have permanent on site mechanic to work on trucks due to poor shop location and lack of cement flooring or drainage. - has employees perform dangerous tasks such as climbing ontop of slippery bins without safety gear to clean trucks . - has a stack of papers from ministry of safety and Ministry of transportation warnings roughly 50 pages thick. - cannot maintain drivers due to all of the above . DO NOT WORK HERE AND DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY .

Absolutely appalling. Kris does not treat his employees as human beings and makes them jump through ridiculous hoops to get their paychecks. Threats and blame are also used when employees leave. It's a circus run by a clown. Use someone else.
