J'ai également toujours une machine ou une place pour faire mes exercices, je n'attends jamais. Trainers and nutritionists passionate about their work. It's always nice to go to this gym. I also always have a machine or a place to do my exercises, I never wait.

Le staf est très aceuillant et chaleureux il sont toujours la si jamais on a des questions. I started the gym with them. The gym is very beautiful I love the atmosphere. The staf is very welcoming and warm there are always there if you ever have questions.

J'ai adhérer pour un contrat d'un ans il y à 6 mois. Malheureusement pour des raisons personnel je n'ai pus me présenter qu'une seule fois. J'avais pris le suivi avec entraîneur privé et diététicien pour maximiser le résultat. J'ai donc appeler pour demander si il étais possible de faire un gèle de mon abonnement longue durée ou simplement de l'annuler car ça me coûte environ 400$/mois, et j'y suis aller seulement une fois. La réponse que j'ai reçu est NON, malheureusement ce n'est pas dans nos pratique d'annuler un contrat, par contre si vous voulez vraiment annuler vous pouvez utiliser la lois de la protection du consommateur contre les contrat. De cette façon nous allons annuler et vous expulser du Nautilus..... Quand nous prenons en considération que pendant 6 mois je leurs et versé environs 2400$ pour seulement une visite et qu'il n'accepte pas d'annuler mon contrat malgré tout.... Je ne recommande vraiment pas cette endroit à personne, il est claire que ce n'est pas le bien de leur clientèle qu'il désire mais bien leurs argent. I join for a one year contract 6 months ago. Unfortunately for personal reasons I have only been able to introduce myself once. I had followed up with a private trainer and a dietitian to maximize the result. So I called to ask if it was possible to freeze my long-term subscription or just cancel it because it costs me about $ 400 / month, and I only went there once. The answer I received is NO, unfortunately it is not in our practice to cancel a contract, on the other hand if you really want to cancel you can use the laws of consumer protection against contracts. This way we will cancel and expel you from the Nautilus ..... When we take into consideration that for 6 months I paid them around $ 2400 for only one visit and that he does not accept to cancel my contract despite everything .... I really do not recommend this place to anyone, it is clear that it is not the good of their customers that they want but their money.

Le gym n'est pas neuf mais il est bien entretenu et propre. Very courteous and professional staff. Excellent service, no pressure, very respectful. We feel comfortable and it's nice to train. The gym is not new but it is well maintained and clean.

Instead the guy gives me some crazy form with strange questions such as "how is your employer?" and disappear s 20 minutes. After coming back declears that the membership is approximately $750. He has no idea if that amount is + tax or before the tax . He has no idea why it contradicts the advertised price on the website . He takes no effort to show the facility.Thank you for spending my time for nothing.
