★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ils ne respect pas les délait quils te donne et te répondent comme si tout était normal 4semaines pour un divan qui finalement fini par prendre 6 semaines avant d'arriver. Et mm pas d'offres de réductions ou crédit magasins rien.
 They do not respect the delay they give you and answer you as if everything was normal 4 weeks for a sofa which finally takes 6 weeks before arriving. And mm no offers of discounts or store credit nothing.

Very good service & professionalism. Good prices. They allowed me to find a box spring quickly, in stock, without waiting for deadlines, like their competitor who does not keep one in stock at their branch. It's a plus for them. I recommend this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'aurais dû me méfier lorsque le vendeur a changé d'avis et a accepté de me vendre le réfrigérateur de « plancher» parce qu'il en n'avait pas en stock.Une ne commande pouvait prendre de 6 à 8 semaines. Après avoir réfléchi je me suis dit que ça serait mieux d'attendre la fin de cette pénurie pour avoir un meilleur choix.J'ai appelé pour annuler l'achat et pour demander un remboursement pas un crédit dans CE magasin car je voulais avoir la liberté d'acheter là où je trouverais un modèle plus adéquat.
Il m'a répondu que ce n'est pas annulable.
Pouquoi? Parce que c'est pas ANNULABLE. Point.
Sur la facture c'est écrit - Commande SPÉCIALE non annulable - c'est pas une commande spéciale c'est un démo ...taché et mal collé qu'on m'a livré tel quel au prix d'un neuf.
Le technicien qu'on m'a envoyé inutilement m'a conseillé de prier pour qu'il brise en espérant que la compagnie m'en donne un neuf. La garantie ne couvre pas les défauts esthétiques alors la compagnie suggère de s'entendre avec le commerçant. Mission impossible il refuse de le remplacer en prétextant la pandémie.
Aucune loi oblige un commerçant à annuler une vente c'est selon son bon vouloir.
Faut croire que le bon vouloir non plus il en a pas en stock.
Ben oui j''aurais dû me méfier car il y aura toujours quelqu'un pour profiter d'une situation .
I should have been wary when the salesperson changed his mind and agreed to sell me the “floor” refrigerator because he didn't have any in stock. An order could take 6 to 8 weeks. After thinking about it I thought it would be better to wait until the end of this shortage to have a better choice. I called to cancel the purchase and to request a refund not a credit in THIS store because I wanted to have the freedom to buy where I would find a more suitable model.
He replied that it cannot be canceled.
Why? Because it's not CANCELABLE. Point.
On the invoice it is written - SPECIAL order not cancellable - it is not a special order it is a demo ... stained and badly glued that I was delivered as is at the price of a new one.
The technician who was sent to me unnecessarily advised me to pray for it to break, hoping that the company will give me a new one. The warranty does not cover cosmetic defects so the company suggests reaching an agreement with the merchant. Mission impossible he refuses to replace him on the pretext of the pandemic.
No law obliges a merchant to cancel a sale it is at his will.
You have to believe that goodwill doesn't have any in stock either.
Well yes I should have been wary because there will always be someone to take advantage of a situation.
