β β β β β I've been having some troubles sleeping and had some aches and pains to deal with. My friend suggested I go see a Naturopath.
I did some research online and found Dr Nagra, the cool thing is that it was covered on my Blue Cross plan which was great
We spent an hour going through all my issues etc, he was very thorough which was great, he genuinely cared about my health and well being.
He suggested I take a few things to help with my sleeplessness, so I will give that a go and see how it works.
We also checked my Blood Pressure, which was a bit high, so he suggested some ways to help with that,.
Finally, He looked at my shoulder pain and my Plantar Fasciitis. All in all I felt he was a great Dr and I would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for a Naturopath in the Vancouver area.

He's very knowledgeable, kind ,caring and his passion to heal people sets him apart. I also follow him on Instagram to get my daily dose of knowledge about health & noutrition. I would highly recommend him to my friends and loved ones.

β β β β β Dr Nagra is a very knowledgeable doctor and he also is a good listener and super nice. He really cares about finding solutions to better your health.
He took the time during my appointment to listen to my concerns and then made a plan to help me.
I love that he is a Vegan and is as passionate about being Vegan as I am. We made a follow up appointment and I had a chance to ask him a few more questions and we ordered some blood work to take a look at some of my issues.
I highly recommend Dr Nagra. On top of him being a very cool and intelligent doctor/human - his location is central and his staff are very nice.
The online booking is really easy. Go see him for yourself. If you're tired of the western medicine approach, reach out and try some natural resources to solve your health issues. I am making Dr Nagra a part of my health regime. Say hi for me when you go!!! :)

β β β β β I had an excellent experience at Dr. Nagra's clinic. I went to get my eczema and tiredness checked out, and all the suggested whole food plant based dietary suggestions have a long term positive effect! Highly recommend!

Dr. Nagra asked lots of questions to help him understand the best way to support me with my health issues. I was so impressed that I decided to try the plant based diet and I'm feeling better already. β β β β β Went to this clinic couple months back & about to set appointment for another meeting. I found Dr Nagra very informative and like someone that sincerely wants to help improve my health I wasnβt treated like just another patient.
The staff were very pleasant and always smiling. I recommend this place if you want to improve yourself
From just basic advice about my diet and sticking to it my weight has dropped over 10 lbs & energy levels are higher than they have been for past 10 yrs.

β β β β β Dr Mathew Nagra is very professional and knowledgeable. On my first visit, he really listened to what I was wanting in regards to my health goals and my lab work, and created a realistic plan with me that fit my schedule. By my second visit, My lab work came back with great results and I already lost more weight than I expected at this point. I highly recommend Dr Nagra, if you want to eat healthier , lose weight and / or improve lab results.
