★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here to get permanent eyeliner tattooed. Rhonda is very nice and professional but she uses an older method (handheld instead of gun) which takes longer and is more trauma to the skin. This method might also not take for everyone and it didn't for me. I spent a lot of time and money on nothing. As soon as I went to another place that uses a gun my tattoo worked right away and looks great.
