★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of talk, and talk and talk. No action, no real direction. Mediocre design. Totally incorrect about trees and tree damage, future problems around trees etc. Told us we could keep a large oak on front of our property and build a wall etc around it. Was totally wrong, would have cost us a lot to ultimately fix it if we listened to him. Parted ways early on. I can't say he is exactly shady as we didn't deal with him long enough but he gets recommended from a shady builder - the builder who said he works with nhd is beyond shady, a crook and lots of lawsuits against him for ripping people off. So has to make you wonder if this guy keeps that kind of company in business and gets recommended by such people!?! Proceed with caution.
