Hifzur Buhary cleaned our carpets last week and did an excellent job. We had a wine stain in one area, and he was determined to get it out even if it meant coming back a number of times. Very professional, and very competent. Excellent sevice.

I arranged to have a small bedroom and sectional sofa steam cleaned for my new tenants. We arranged for a 3:00 PM cleaning. Just after 3:00 PM, I called the cleaning technician as he had not arrived yet and my tenants were messaging me for updates. He told me he was behind schedule and would get to Port Moody from Vancouver closer to 5:00 PM. At 4:50 PM, he called my tenants and said he would not be there until 6:00 PM. They had to change their evening plans to accommodate this later time but were happy that he was at least on his way. At 6:15 PM, my tenant contacted me to inform me that the cleaner was angry he could not find street parking outside the building. He was angry towards my tenant and asked why he couldn't park in the underground visitors' parking. My tenant informed him that he does not yet have valid parking passes and didn't want the cleaner to park there for fear of being towed. A valid fear since my tenant's friend's car was towed last week for parking without a pass. The cleaner was frustrated, understandably, but then stormed off without arranging a new time to come. This left my tenant, new to Canada, feeling confused and upset. I understand that apartment parking can be stressful and frustrating but the situation was handled extremely poorly. I was also never called by the Nationwide cleaning technician to rectify or explain the situation. I ended up calling Pacific Mist Carpet Cleaning who answered me promptly and provided excellent cleaning services for the apartment. I empathize with anyone who is working late on a Friday evening and has to drive in rush hour, however, it does not justify the treatment that my tenant received.

First off requested a quote for two jobs and the technician blew me off for one of them. I had to follow up after he no showed. Second job they showed up for on time. The technician did a great job on the carpets. I asked about the 3M pricing and he told me a price that I agreed to. I watched him spray some spritz of a liquid on the couch. Not throughly applied and not looking like 3M scotch guard but what did I know I thought. I paid almost $400 or $500 for the job. After he left I tested the 3M to find the leak-through and absorption test I did before the 3M application was exactly the same as before. I called and asked for a refund of the 3M product not being satisfied with that part of the job. They said they'd have the technician reach out to me on Wednesday. A week goes by no call. I have to follow up with the company again. They again tell me the technician will contact m the next day. No phone call at this point from the head office. Just impersonal emails not addressing the clients questions or concerns. I keep emailing about my not satisfied feeling and I keep getting bounced around. AVOID these guys they are the worst if any issues arise. Do your self a favour and deal with another company and avoid the headache. I am now having to contact my credit card company to reverse the charge. Good job customer service! Im still refunded and you get your 1 star review. Need more people that can make a business decision over there.

I contacted 3 companies and Nationwide (I had a previous positive experience with them from a previous house with very stained stairway carpet) again was the only one that responded same day, booked me for an appointment for the next day after my sick dog had accidents in my rental place. Hizhur did a fantastic job!

We just had our 6-unit apartment building carpets cleaned - 3 elevator lobby areas, 8 stairwells. Mifzur did an amazing job - carpet looks like new, bright colour and the stairwells smell very fresh. Mifzur also cleaned several door mats - they, too, look like new carpet with bright colours. Price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend NationWide Carpet Cleaning for your carpet cleaning needs.

Just had my two bedroom place done by NationWide. They gave me a quote by email, which was very reasonable as compared with their competitors. When the work was complete, the total charges were exactly what they quoted - including stain treatment. No hidden or last second fees. The setup process to organize the date of cleaning, parking options, etc was very straightforward and handled well. The gentleman who came (Mohammed) was very professional. He called to confirm his time of arrival, worked quickly, and left my place just as clean as he found it. I had just moved in, and the carpets had significant stains and dirt. Mohammed did a fantastic job of tackling the stains, and the overall cleaning job far exceeded my expectations. The only reason I am giving four instead of five stars, is because we booked for a morning appointment, and because of delays, he couldn't make it until 1:00. A very minor inconvenience. Having said that, he called me right away when he knew he was going to be a bit late. Would highly recommend this service.

We had four rooms and a hallway cleaned yesterday. Booking the service was a breeze. The company called the morning of service to advise what time the tech would be there. Mohammed arrived on time and did an amazing job. My husband told me that he was so friendly, and worked efficiently, and was very professional. We are both so impressed by Nationwide and have passed on verbal recommendations to several friends. I wanted to pass on a thank you for such great service. Our carpets look brand new again. Thank you Mohammed for doing such a spectacular job.
