★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't say enough about Charla n the ppl at NDCA, They never once stopped trying to help me ,n were very considerate of my Disibility n understand how frustrating the process of recieving my Disibility benefits can be ,n therefore made all the procedures as pain free as possible. I can't say enough about Charla n her teams professionalism. Thank you all at NDCA.

They are very fast in demanding payment and threatens you that they will put you in collection if you don’t pay right away but if you have complained they don’t do anything to help you. They put me in collection even thoughI don’t owed them anything according to their Rep Pia Regoso and she is not very helpful in solving my problem because she said she doesn’t know why. I guess all she know is demand payment and threatened clients. This problem happened in Dec and until now they haven’t solve it . It taking them so long to solve it and never update me on the progress. They said they never put me in collection I guess they have a ghost employee who did it. My advice never use this company they are scammers and very bad customer service. I won’t stop leaving bad reviews until you solve this problem coz you’re ruining my credit .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had probably the best call ever that has calmed down. Veronica Monico was so calming , accessed a file I cannot seem to access currently. She concluded that Rev Can credited a payment that should have been debited. I am breathing again. Thanks for the giggles Veronica. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was skeptical at first, but the NDCA seriously helped me and my family out in our position. By no means are they a scam or fraudulent which I'm sure is most people's concerns. They are legitimate and really here to help. I'm posting this because after being granted our returns with no issues and amazing help. They really made a difference for us in these rougher times. Thanks guys

Charla Santos has completely changed the outlook of my case and has been very understanding and kind. Thank you NDCA and Charla for helping me through this process

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They harass their clients until you pay them back. Specifically seniors that live on a fixed income. Even once a payment arrangement is made. With email and phone calls constantly. DON'T DO IT. WALK AWAY. GO THOUGHT THE GOVERNMENT THEY ARE MORE RELIABLE AND RESPONSIBLE.
