★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je pourrais en dire long comment cette banque est HORRIBLE!! Entre les frais cachés & le mauvais service à la clientèle SVP faite vous une faveur, n'allez pas avec cette banque!! J'ai payé plus de frais en 1 ans avec eux qu'en 20 avec la banque TD! Quand je parle aux autres banques des frais qu'ils nous charge et de tout ce qu'ils nous ont fait subir, les banques sont outrés!! TD nous a acceuilli avec bras ouverts & couvrent toutes nos pénalités pour qu'ont parte le plus rapidement de cette enfer!
I could say a lot about how HORRIBLE this bank is !! Between the hidden charges & bad customer service please do yourself a favor, don't go with this bank !! I paid more fees in 1 year with them than in 20 with TD bank! When I tell other banks about the fees they charge us and everything they've done to us, the banks are outraged !! TD welcomed us with open arms & cover all our penalties to get out of this hell as quickly as possible!

very well received for the opening of my account with had after years with another bank and I still wonder why I left very friendly staff especially the one who helped me I no longer remember his name unfortunately

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai fait une demande pour transférer mon celi vers la banque td Fin novembre Ce n’est toujours pas fait et de plus le compte n’a pas bougé d’un centime depuis ce temps,c’est comme si j’étais dans les nuages.
Le2ieme point: Si je veux retirer un montant plus élevé que permis par le guichet ,on me charge des frais pour le comptoir. Ça me fâche car c’est mon cash
