★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend financing anything threw this bank as i have a loan for my jeep have paid for 3 years have 2 years left never missed a payment and went to trade in my jeep for a van for health reasons plus grand kids and they would not re finance my loan so never missing payments does not count for anything the bank sucks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rarely do they return phone calls. Always excuses why things haven't been processed. Multiple mistakes when we open our mortgage. Sent us a credit card after we signed a form to Do Not Send. Not sure how they are still open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and fast service. I was there the other day to get a new debit card, and after they issued the new card, they helped me load it into my apple wallet which I never knew you could do. I love using my phone to tap at stores now. Thank you.

How can you help to improve ratings?
How about smiles and receptiveness when a customer like me walks into the branch? I'm no big wheel with a big bank account, just a simple guy with typical issues trying to keep on top of things but when I come into the branch to make a deposit, I am made to feel out of place, uncomfortable and not appreciated. When I leave your branch feeling annoyed and frustrated, something is wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always seems to be a issue there. If you want to make a withdrawal they ask what you want the money for, if your making a deposit they need 2 pieces of ID, had the account there and kept thinking I should move it...finally did and was way happier elsewhere
