Pauvre service internet, le client entreprises est laissé sans support. Aucune explication des délais pour le rétablissement du service. Aucun plan de contigence!!!
Poor internet service, business customers are left without support. No explanation of time frame for restoring service. No contingency plan !!!

Je tiens à partager mon insatisfaction de la part de certains employés responsable des investissements. Les consignes ayant été données (par courriel trois fois plutôt qu'une) trois semaines avant l'échéance j'étais dans mon droit de m'attendre à ce qu'elles soient respectées. Premièrement l'année d'imposition suite à des retraits de REER n'a pas été respectée. Deuxièmement je demandais un certain pourcentage de prélèvement en impôts et encore là c'était très compliqué de suivre mes concignes. Également mes trois premiers courriels sont restés sans réponse. ..Aucun accusé réception comme s'ils n'avaient pas été reçus. Je regrette amèrement d'avoir changé de la banque royale à la banque nationale.
I would like to share my dissatisfaction on the part of certain employees responsible for investments. The instructions having been given (by email three times rather than one) three weeks before the deadline I was in my right to expect that they would be respected. First, the tax year following RRSP withdrawals was not respected. Secondly I asked for a certain percentage of tax levy and again there it was very complicated to follow my instructions. Also my first three emails went unanswered. ..No acknowledgment of receipt as if they had not been received. I bitterly regret having changed from the royal bank to the national bank.

It's not often than a group wants to understand their challenges of the past to create a positive approache to the future but In this case, this branch wanted to hear my concerns and create an ability to better understand their customer experience to create positive change.
