★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quand j'ai vu cette boutique, je suis aussitôt arrêté de marché et je l'ai fixé, pendant plusieurs minutes. J'étais bouche bée. Un magasin d'homéopathie? À Québec? À côté de l'Université Laval? Am I missing something or what?! Nop. En lisant leur site je me suis rendu compte que c'était exactement ce à quoi je m'attendais: de la pure dompe! Si au moins ils étaient simplement inutiles, mais non, ils sont activement nuisibles. Lisez AU MINIMUM l'article Wikipédia sur l'homéopathie avant de donner 1c à cette boutique.
 When I saw this shop, I immediately stopped the market and I fixed it for several minutes. I was speechless. A homeopathy store? In Quebec? Next to Laval University? Am I missing something or what ?! Nop. Reading their site I realized that this was exactly what I expected: the pure domp! If at least they were just useless, but no, they are actively harmful. Read at least the Wikipedia article on homeopathy before giving 1c to this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'accueil section des produits naturels très très décevant . A 3 reprises j'ai eu droit à la même accueil . Aucun bonjour, les commis parlent ensemble, ils ne daignent même pas se lever la tête. J'ai resté 10 minutes à chercher alors j'ai quitté et j'ai trouvé chez April.
The welcome section of natural products very very disappointing. On 3 occasions I was entitled to the same reception. No hello, the clerks are talking to each other, they don't even bother to raise their heads. I stayed 10 minutes looking so I left and found at April's place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les employées du comptoir de produits naturels sont très malpolies. J'y suis allée une fois pour acheter une crème et j'ai entendu l'employée dénigrer mon apparence physique en disant, entre autre, "on fait ce qu'on peut avec ce qu'on a...". C'est inadmissible. Je n'y retournerai jamais.
The employees at the natural products counter are very rude. I went there once to buy a cream and I heard the employee denigrate my physical appearance by saying, among other things, "we do what we can with what we have ...". It is unacceptable. I will never stay there again.

De très bons conseils à chaque fois, notamment de Myriam qui a énormément de connaissances dans plusieurs domaines.
Je suis à chaque fois satisfaite de mes achats.
Great shop with really interesting products whether in cosmetics / hygiene, food supplements, essential oils ....
