★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could rate this firm a zero, I would. Our old accountant recently retired so we needed to find a new one. My fiancés parents file their business taxes with these people, so we called and they told us we could get a "family rate". It was a headache getting them all of the information from previous years because even though we gave them access to call the government and get it- they still had us call. Once all the paperwork was gathered (by my fiancé and I) they told us our bill- for two personal taxes. $150/ an hours our bill was almost $500. Such a rip off. Do not waste your time or your money. You will be doing all the grunt work while they print your bill.
