P	Parmeet Chawla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had Starter replaced on Dec-2020, and paid $700+ for my Jeep. In few months, it started to slip and won't crank the engine occasionally, and by Fall-2021, it would not crank the engine 4 out of 10 times. I called the shop and explained the issue in Nov-2021, and the front desk person told me the earliest booking available to bring in my truck be end of Nov, which I accepted, but quickly passed on the phone to the owner since I wanted to know if Starter is still in warranty. The owner brushed me off by saying something else might be wrong and though it is in warranty, he said shop is very busy and asked me to call again sometime in mid-Dec to see if he could fit be in to check out the issue. Suddenly and surprisingly, Nov appointment was no longer available. Eventually, in early Dec the truck won't start at all and I got stranded while I was out doing groceries and I had to get it towed to a nearby garage (at my expense). They found (the new) Starter had eventually failed and I had to again pay $800+ to get a new Starter. Not only inferior parts were used, this shop didn't want to take me in knowing that they maybe spending time to fix it again Vs taking and billing other paying customers. So much for professional courtesy, quality of parts used and standing behind their workmanship.

Previous experience at another Corrosion Free dealer (chain) was impolite, indifferent, and not thorough. Experience with local Krown dealer had me return twice for missed areas. This year, wanted Corrosion Free. Very pleased with experience. Dev showed what was being done. Very thorough. Technician Chris addressed specific areas I highlighted. Cleaned before application, then after.

It was a simple pull out the hex screw that had punctured my tire and plug and seal it. Very professional and quick and overall great people to deal with. Definitely recommend them if you need a local garage in the Bells Corners area.
J	Jeremy Levasseur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a used Volkswagen Jetta from them on October 23, 2021. Dev was friendly during the process. After a week of driving it I noticed a few issues so I returned the car to them for a fix up (which took three days in the shop). One of the issues was that the engine light remained illuminated at all times. I was told that using premium gas would fix this. As the weather became colder, the brakes began squealing during use. On top of that, the premium gas had yet to fix the engine light problem. I decided to take the car to another garage with the hopes of a proper fix. It turns out that there was a defective oxygen sensor that needed to be replaced ($265 + labor) which fixed the engine light issue. As for the brakes, the new mechanic let me know that whoever had installed them either had no idea what they were doing or simply did not care because the brake pad retainer clips were badly bent out of shape. Although these poorly installed brakes are relatively new, I will potentially have to buy a brand new set. The purpose of this review is to give caution to future used car buyers. It's possible that some shortcuts were taken while they serviced the car you are interested in.
