★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. Efficient, and will go the extra mile for you. Probably not the cheapest in town however the parts they use are always high quality and labour costs are always a minimal amount. Fantastic place to bring your vehicle for repairs. Highly recommend trying them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A while back I asked this team to replace my oil pan. I came straight over from the Victory Oil Change next door. Victory wouldn't do the oil pan because it was too far gone. Rocktown knew I was in a jam, and told me that they HAD to charge me 2.5 hours labor for this job, and gave me a written estimate that suggested a $700 job minimum, with the chance it could go up to $770 max. I drove away in shock. I called 7 other garages, all of whom said 1.5 hours labor. Rocktown was $100 over the next highest. Even Canadian Tire was much cheaper than Rocktown Auto Long Lake. I took the work to Alder Auto who did the job quite competently for $200 cheaper. When I drive by Rocktown I always tell myself how glad I am that I didn't give into them when I desperately needed this work done fast. I found a new mechanic who has treated my incredible well. I best advice to Sudbury is to call around and get quotes from other shops. Why pay more? Even if they do great work, they are not the only ones who do!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There isn't much to say except In my opinion it's the best shop your gonna find in Sudbury, Great fast service, Excellent customer service very friendly, And best of all I'd trust them for all your vehicle needs because they do their job right and I've saved so much $ than if I went to any other shop in this city who just love to rip their customers off Highly recommend Rocktown Automotive For the Best Of The Best for everything!
