TL;DR: Brandon is amazing. I went in for a simple trans flush and he miraculously, at no extra cost fixed a problem of hard down shifting that I had been suffering with for almost 10 years, a problem I was told by other mechanics couldn't be fixed. FULL REVIEW: I never write reviews, but I was so impressed by this place I felt compelled to. I have owned my car for almost 10 years and from day one when the car drops to first gear it jerks forward, sometimes a little, sometimes a lot. I had taken it to other mechanics, payed hundreds, only to get back in my car and realize the problem was still there. Not wanting to throw money away, I chalked it up as a quirk of the car and moved on. Fast forward to today, when I needed to get my transmission fluid changed. I had been to this same shop before when it had a previous owner. Trusted mechanics are hard to come buy so when the shop switched owners I started looking around for a new mechanic. I had tried a few other places for other services, but when I needed a simple trans flush done I figured I'd just find the place that quoted me the least. Napa quoted me the most competitive price for the service. I thought 'great I'll give them a try'. Boy am I glad I did. They offer great prices, are friendly, provide free wifi and coffee/drinks if you are waiting for your vehicle. My only minor complaint is the seating is kind of uncomfortable, esp if you are waiting for over an hour, but really I'd sit on a plastic lawn chair if it meant I got good caring car service for a good price. What really set these guys (Brandon) apart is the fact he noticed the gear shifting problem, went into my cars computer and fixed the gear shift timing. They had explained that the problem of the hard down shifting was the computer and it just needed to be re-calibrated. I had been dealing with that for 10 freaking years. TEN YEARS and hundreds of dollars at other useless shops. This guy tossed it in with an transmission flush. Now my car runs smoother then the day I bought it 10 years ago. MIND BLOWN. Just made yourself a loyal customer, and I've already told a few people of my wonderful experience here. Thank you!

Had my Charger's water pump and timing belt fixed here. Went in based on location, decent price, and great reviews. Got my car back and so far so good (only got it back a few hours ago), but I do want say that the customer service was fantastic at Poco Automotive! Brandon was very friendly and attentive and made sure I knew what was going to be done and there was no surprises.... except one: my remote keyless entry was broken when I brought the car in and Brandon fixed it for me without me asking or charging me. What at a great surprise. I recommend these guys!

I had a transmission hose disconnect about a block away late afternoon. I was able to limp my Jeep in and they agreed to have a look. Victor discovered the problem and was able to fix it so I could get on my way. Great service!!! Much appreciated.

Great professional service. My starter died on a Tuesday so I called and was able to get an appointment for Thursday. I had to get my car towed there, they said if they would have time they would check it early. Probably a half hour it was dropped off on the Wednesday they had already looked at it and ordered parts and by end of day it was finished! Super happy with the fast service.

We have been bringing our car to Napa for at least 8 years and service has ALWAYS been top notch… we called to get our car in last minute for brakes and oil change and they squeezed us in and had it done within 2/3 hours!! (And also rotated our tires) If you need any service done … Napa is definitely the place to go!! Promise you will not regret it!!! Great job guys!!

Not sure why my previous review was removed, but here's another one, with another wonderful experience. Had someone tell me my rear wheel was wobbly so I took it to them to get it checked. They couldn't find anything wrong with my rear wheels but they did find a nail in the sidewall of my rear wheel, so they offered to put on the spare for me so I could drive it home. They also ordered tires so I could repair it the next day. Overall I've been with these guys for years to prolong the life of my 280k km Mazda 3 for stuff like AC to ball joints and control arms and brakes. Their prices are fair and though if you search around I'm sure you could find cheaper shops, it probably wouldn't be cheaper by much, and with these guys I get a peace of mind that they will actually do things right, and won't try to upcharge me with random stuff to repair or lie to me or sabotage my car so they can do more and more repairs. Plus they know how to treat their long time customers well, that's all I can say.

They have taken care of my whole family's vehicles for years since their old location! We always know they're fair with their prices and they do a full check if possibly other problems are going on than what you came in for (I came in for a tire change and they thankfully caught that I had a seized wheel and barely any brake pad left)! And Carling at the front desk is always a pleasure to speak with. :)
