Excellent service!!!! Très professionnel.
Et en plus, on n’a pas l’impression de déranger avec nos questions.
C’est devenu notre garage de confiance!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C'est rare que je prend le temps d'écrire un avis sur Google, mais celui-ci en vaut vraiment la peine. Le service chez Marcel au Garage est impeccable, professionnel et courtois. Ils expliquent très bien les petits problèmes qui peuvent survenir avec nos voitures et sont très transparent avec les coûts des travaux.
Si je pouvais mettre 6 étoiles, je le ferais!
It's rare that I take the time to write a review on Google, but this one is definitely worth it. The service at Marcel au Garage is impeccable, professional and courteous. They explain very well the small problems that can arise with our cars and are very transparent with the costs of the work.
If I could put 6 stars I would!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis allée pour seulement pour un changement d'huile pour revenir avec une facture de plus de 100$ pour des changements de filtres que je n'avais pas demander. Quand j'ai rappelé pour faire part de mon expérience, le monsieur m'a dit de manière condescendante que si je voulais il pouvait aller chercher dans le fond de la poubelle mes vieux filtres finis.
De plus, le soir même après mon retour du garage, trois lumières dans mon tableau de bord ont allumé. J'ai également mentionné cette drôle de coïncidence au monsieur du téléphone et il m'a seulement répondu que c'était réellement une coïncidence et c'était normal vu que l'état de mon auto était horrible. Ce n'était pas nécessaire de me dire que mon char était horrible lorsque je suis venue tout simplement pour un changement d'huile. Il manque réellement de professionnalisme et je ne conseille pas du tout si vous ne voulez pas revenir avec un auto encore en plus mauvais état qu'au départ.
***Mise à jour : situation réglée avec le propriétaire de manière professionnel. Ce fut très apprécié de ma part qu'il ait pris le temps de régler ce malentendu
I only went for an oil change only to come back with a bill of over $100 for filter changes that I didn't ask for. When I called back to share my experience, the gentleman condescendingly told me that if I wanted he could fetch my old finished filters from the bottom of the trash can.
Also, the same evening after I returned from the garage, three lights in my dashboard came on. I also mentioned this funny coincidence to the gentleman on the phone and he only replied that it was really a coincidence and it was normal since the state of my car was horrible. There was no need to tell me my tank was horrible when I just came in for an oil change. It really lacks professionalism and I don't recommend it at all if you don't want to come back with a car in even worse condition than when you started.
***Update: situation resolved with the owner in a professional manner. It was very appreciated on my part that he took the time to sort out this misunderstanding.

Ne changent pas de pièces inutilement. Merci à Jérémy, à l'accueil, très professionnel, honnête et accommodant pour une réparation urgente quand c'est possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charged me $400 to fix my brakes and they literally didn't do any work. I left the garage and the problem was the same. I went back and they fixed it but needless to say I was pissed that they took my money without doing work. Avoid at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staying at a nearby campground I had some troubles with my Tahoe and they squeezed me in and looked it over for me. It turned out that the 3 noises/problems that I noticed were minor or okay until I got home so they put my mind at rest and we got home to Edmonton with no problems. I thought they were very nice and we managed to communicate okay even though I don't speak French at all.
