★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a fantastic experience at koops auto today. I met with Jordan with a broken Volkswagen that I had taken to several different mechanics who couldnt figure out what was wrong with it. He diagnosed, explained and even took time to show me exactly what was wrong. definitely recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shane and the guys at Napa are life savers. I drove up at the end of the day with a flat tire and in a pickle as I was driving back north from Crows nest pass. The guys were quick to find a replacement good enough to get me going again and even swapped it before the closed up shop before the end of the day Literally half hour til closing time. I'd recommend these guys over and over and can not say enough about how much help they were and it didn't even come close to the expense I was expecting when all is said and done. Top notch service and dependable shop and team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoy working with Koops in Black Diamond. The owners, Shane and Mel really do treat you as family as do their superior office staff Priscilla and Barb.
I have a fleet account that they keep on track with maintenance and repairs so I don't have to. All work is explained thoroughly and all options are outlined.
I always get get top notch, fast service and have never been let down. Koop's will go the extra mile, they are number 1 in customer service and so easy to work with. Can't imagine going anywhere else.
