★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je me suis installé tout près d'eux il y a trois ans. Ils m'ont «débauché» de mon ancien garage où j'avais mes habitudes depuis longtemps. Ils sont à l'écoute et font preuve de souplesse. Steve et Stéphanie forment une chouette équipe.
I moved close to them three years ago. They "poached" me from my old garage where I had my habits for a long time. They listen and are flexible. Steve and Stephanie make a great team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis très déçue que l'administration soit changée. Je suis une cliente de ce garage depuis plus de 25 ans. Steven et Régent étaient des personnes honnêtes et je pouvais leur confier mon véhicule sans crainte d'être flouée. Je ne suis pas sûre de pouvoir accorder la même confiance au propriétaire actuel. Ex: nettoyage d'une plaquette de frein: 75$ + produits 16$. Ça me semble exagéré. Je vais devoir comparer avec un autre garage ultérieurement. Surveiller attentivement la facturation. De plus, la secrétaire se montre exagérément gentille: elle en fait trop, ça me rend méfiante.
I am very disappointed that the administration has changed. I have been a customer of this garage for over 25 years. Steven and Régent were honest people and I could entrust my vehicle to them without fear of being cheated. I'm not sure I can place the same trust in the current owner. Ex: cleaning of a brake pad: $75 + products $16. It seems exaggerated to me. I will have to compare with another garage later. Monitor billing carefully. Moreover, the secretary is overly nice: she does too much, it makes me suspicious.
