I brought the battery back for warranty, they said they wanted to see if battery would hold a charge, then they could not find the battery or the paperwork for the battery. I have had to drive - 30 minutes 4 times to their store and no one knows what is going on, I am getting a complete run-a-round - no warranty! So you have all been warned...

Have used them twice and both times the orders were messed up. 1st time they delivered completely the wrong thing. Second time they told me to come in first thing the next day and it wasn't there even 2 hours after they opened. A call would have been nice. Nice people but I need parts.

The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. That was the same story in their old location. The store is fresh and always seems to have the parts I need in stock at a fair price. Recommend it for sure!

I am building a hotrod and needed to find the right release bearing for connecting a Ls to a standard transmission. They helped me find the right one. I feel like they are building it with me. Its good to know that they are there when I need parts.

I was having electrical issues and took the car into the dealship 3 times before they determined the battery was wrong and was causing the issue. I had to put in another battery and wasn't sure what sort of a reception I would receive returning the battery purchased. I am happy to say they accepted the return and gave me a full refund. I was expecting a certain amount of grief as I knew someone would be out the cost of a battery. After explaining everything I had done they gladly accepted my return and refunded my money. This pleased me so much I needed to write a review. I won't hesitate buying something again knowing they are fair on the returns .
