★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Somehow my order for a carb rebuild kit got delayed (pandemic overload was probably the reason!) and John kept trying to find out what had happened. Finally it came in and John called me to inform me it had arrived and he brought the part straight to my door...even though I had yet to pay for it...he said "I trust you....come in on Monday and we will straighten up. I know you were waiting for this part and I'm sorry it took longer then normal to come in" - Wow!!! Customer service and small town trust etiquette...I certainly will be doing business with these guys again!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible - as in NO - service. We waited at the counter. Someone was being served and two employees looked at us but did not ask us of we needed help. We needed help and wanted to buy 2 batteries. We walked out and went to Maslack. We were served and the gentleman loaded them into our car!! Great service at Maslack.
