★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I own an auto repair business in Edmonton and had a customer who was having issue with their battery at a site about 2.5 hours away from Ft. Mac and 4 hours away from us in Edmonton. With the help of Paramount Parts we made arrangements to have a replacement sent as close to the site as possible to a willing 3rd party so that our customer could pick up and reduce their down time. Brad and the team went above and beyond by being creative and finding solutions for us and our customer. When the temperatures are this low for this long you really need solution orientated support. Thank you for being there when we needed it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called down thismorning looking for a part not very helpful at the counter over the phone ended up cutting the guy short and going elsewhere because the guy I spoke to dident seem like he wanted to help terrible service I have more questions now then I did before I called no knowledge and was not interested in getting me the answers or ordering the part. Ordered on Amazon, shop local theu say haaaaa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks to the front staff girls who helped but I'm giving a one star for the managers not calling me back about the unwanted and the extreme uncomfortability I had with the man assisting me find a fuse for my vehicle. I did not want to hear about "girls like bigger sizes" and the akward hip thrusts as I was bending down. Would not return and would not recommend letting your back of house help with sales.
