He was polite, speedy and like I said extremely Professional. Just want to make sure he knew he did a awsome job today. If I could give you more stars I would. Due to a police incident my vehicle was towed, and instead of making my family wait on the side of the road, the tow truck operator waited on scene and allowed my family to remain safe in our vehicle until our ride arrived from Nanaimo. Nice to see a company that cares about people not just profits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only were they very friendly and professional but very good rates as well. Russ the owner is a great guy and really helped me out when I was in a pinch. He picked up my Porsche 914 from Victoria and took it safely up island to Klaus Automotive in Qualicum Beach. It's been an all around incredible experience and I was left feeling confident and my for the safety of my car. Thank you team Nanoose Bay Towing! Hopefully I don't need to use you again, but if I do I know I'll be in good hands!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very UNPROFESSIONAL experience from having my car towed. I was greeted with a belittling attitude by the driver who insisted on cash only for a minor tow in which I feel I was gouged buy the exorbitant pricing. An eight km tow resulted in a bill of over $300. I was appalled when he neglected in asking me for payment and then accused me of being a thief. It soured me on an otherwise great visit to the Coombs area.
