Coolest product company! Pre-ordered the new Nanoleaf Lines and ended up getting it way before expected delivery date. The product looks so cool, way beyond my expectations. Really innovative company that makes epic looking products, I'm officially a fan. Will definitely be buying more of these.

This company does not respect their customers nor do they stand by their product. Do not waste your money or time. edit for owner response: I am not falling back into your sisyphean troubleshooting spiral again. I have been going back and forth with your "support" since I purchased your products. They keep asking me to repeat the same steps over and over and over again. (For others reading this: Nanoleaf will put you through the same thing as well until your warranty coverage is over, and the items cannot be returned. Do not fall for their support promises, and just return their products before it is too late.)

Hi Nanoleaf "owner", Which one is it? Did you provide me a solution or do you want me to get back in touch with support to find a solution? I am confused by your response to my previous review. I declined the free product you offered me, if that is what you are referring to as a solution, because I want NOTHING to do with your company after my customer "support" interaction. The issue is still not resolved because the solution you presented and I accepted - a correction to the firmware - has not been released yet. So don't tell me there has been a solution. I had to copy the CTO of your company to even get a slice of accountability from your "support" wing. Your customer service is horrible. Stop trying to gloss over your reviews and start making people accountable to customers over there. Also, please don't change your product abilities to function differently than under the directions and labels they were sold under. That is a breach of warranty and if I was a consumer protection attorney or had the time I would consider pursuing this legally b/c what you did is a violation of the uniform commercial code.

Worst Customer support EVER in my opinion. No phone number for customer service OR technical support. The support agents won't even call if asked. After three weeks of back-and-forth with email support and honoring requests for multiple videos, videos performing product resets, and router scans to be submitted they finally broke me. I eventually gave up after they said they would send a new power supply and then changed their answer and said they had to run more tests first before fulfilling a POWER SUPPLY. That's right - they broke me and I gave up interaction (18 emails, 4 videos, system scans) over a power supply. If you need support, be prepared for a LONG process with no real concern or resolution for you. Yes, The products are cool, but don't expect more than that. Oh, and watch out when they change technical specs through firmware updates.

Love the easy installation, colours are vibrant! Easy to use app that features tons of predesigned colours and scenes. Love that I can turn everything on and off without getting out of my bed. Favourite feature has got to be the music visualizer! Experiencing the colours dance to the beat of your favourite music is extremely satisfying. Excited to see what new products are offered in the future!

Love the Nanoleaf products! Had the best customer support with a small shipping issue I had, the team was extremely responsive and took care of the problem asap. Honestly the best colour changing lights ever, so easy to use and set up, and my place looks so cool! Definitely highly recommend.
