The two times I went there they rejected me saying they are busy and they don’t do walk ins yet prior to that when I phoned they confirmed that they indeed take walk ins. And then the three times that I phoned to make an appointment they always refer me to somewhere else... asking if I have tried another place before calling them ?? What kind of customer service is that ?! Like you didn’t even try and look to see if you had spare time and you’re already asking me to go somewhere else. So unfair. I won’t be calling or going back there again, please work on your customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had gotten a pedicure for the first time and my two big toes were cut during the process! I realized this after the pedicure was done. When the cuticles were being treated, they were cut too short. I only know this because when the lotions were added on top of my toes, it stung so bad! It hurt and was the most painful thing ever.
When I took a shower the next day, it stung where I was cut for 20 minutes after the shower.
I didn't want to make a scene in the salon so I chose to message the business and sent pictures of the damage.
I had been wanting to treat myself and I thought a pedicure would be nice. To be honest, I'm a bit scared of getting a pedicure now.

Nancy's Nails reached out to me afterwards and asked me to come back in. After showing my feet to the owner, I was reimbursed and everything was handled amazingly well. The employee who did my pedicure was new and inexperienced, resulting in a painful pedicure. They found what the mistakes were and addressed them right there with the worker.
Nancy was professional and kind and because of that, I will definitely go back and try having a pedicure again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tom and everyone that works there are great. They are always busy, but always so accommodating. The pedi chairs are comfortable and provide a great massage. The prices are incredibly reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really amazing people, I have been going here for 3+ years. I get my eyebrows, fingernails and pedicure done here. I use Nancy all the time as she takes her time to get my nails done. Tom’s work is a hit and miss, he always seems to be in a hurry.
