★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for nutritional and or fitness guidance Soloman at Ballistic strength is your man . I have used him for all of the above for 8 months and he has gone above and beyond what I would have generally expected .
He is very knowledgeable and well versed in the fitness/nutritional community and would recommend him to anyone wanting to better themselves .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Welcoming atmosphere and well done programming/instruction. Both Solomon and Rachel have a great depth of knowledge and experience to share. If you want to learn how to use a kettlebells this is the place to do it, and even if you don't have a particular interest in them there is strength & conditioning classes to meet your needs along with a 'family'/club oriented vibe.
I highly recommend checking them out if you're interested in developing fitness more in the long term and in ways that will more clearly benefit your everyday life and activities.
