Prior to beginning, Doug explained Exactly how he would proceed, how things would look (showed us his previous fence examples), how much it would cost and how long it would take. He returned to discuss final details before getting started. Doug arrived promptly every day, and worked hard to complete our project ahead of schedule. Doug also came up with an excellent idea for a retaining wall which we desperately needed. We highly recommend him!

He knows his stuff and helped walk us through all the design options and got things rolling right away. You can tell he really takes pride in making sure you get a long lasting, sturdy fence. From the first walkthrough to the fence being done was just a little over a week, and we were really surprised with how fast it went. The project was completed in time with high quality, totally to our satisfaction and beyond expectation. Prior to and during the project, Doug communicated clearly on every aspects, including custom sample pictures and expected start date. His commitment to quality and schedule especially impressed me. In addition, he built a customized stairs which equally was of quality. I am so glad to have him on the project and I described his project as "masterpiece".
