★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful! Stay away from here. The initial experience was pleasant enough even tipped the aesthecian, but after the shellac polish was taken off one of my nails were severely damaged.
After reporting it to the salon (although delayed), the promised call back never came, further messages were never answered AND the owner and manager felt this was justified because they are too busy to call people back when they feel they are not responsible.
If a concern is not reported within two week, they will not deal with it. Impossible as your shellac should last at least two weeks!
If you are a gambler take your chances, otherwise look for someone who stands behind their work!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been coming here for almost 5 years and it’s by far one of the bests. I’ve been to a lot of different salons but nails in is by far my favourite. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Service is always incredible

The actual service...the worst. I've got nail polish everywhere, all outside of the nail. For 40+ dollars, I definitely expected better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jenny and her staff are excellent. Jenny has been doing my nails for 3 years and I always get compliments on my nails. The salon is clean and she discovered that I had fungus in parts of my nails and clean them up. Plus, I never had any issues afterwards. I would recommend this salon hands down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend had recommended this place and after reading many great reviews I figured why not. It was my first manicure/pedicure since the pandemic started and it was a Sunday. I called and she explained I may have to wait between services but she could take me and my friend. We had the whole place to ourselves she took her time didn’t rush and it was so relaxing. On top of the amazing foot scrub she gave she got my nails just right and that was huge for me.
Will definitely be going back! Can’t wait to book my next one !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister and I made a sudden appointment and they accommodated us later that afternoon. They were organized friendly and professional. Whenever I have goten shellac before it would peel with hours or by the second day. I have worn it for 6 days and no sign of chipping. I also appreciate that they checked for quality control. I would definitely go back!!
