★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were very nice, although there was a very strong chemical smell & I almost ended up passing out! I had 3 different ladies switch out to do my shellac refill. I had a design put on my two ring fingers & the First Lady did not take off the gel properly, it looks terrible underneath. As well, the second lady who shaped my nails did not match them up to one another & they all look different. Lastly, the final lady who painted my nails did not cover them fully. I am pretty disappointed with how they turned out, I will not be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So few staff for a weekend day. Only 1 tech doing pedicures. Nail techs doing half the work for 1 client then moving to another client and leaving the previous one to sit and wait for them to come back. I sat for 30 minutes after my pedicure waiting for someone to do the polish. First visit, last visit, will not recommend to anyone. If you don't have the staff, hire more. Don't overbook. We called and made an appointment for a reason, but clearly that doesn't matter. Felt like leaving halfway through because it was taking so long. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Update: hour and 45 min, mostly just sitting there waiting. Also you said the polish was dry and I could go. It wasn't. Now they're smudged and ruined. What a waste of money. Terrible place.
