★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Neil is the best Podiatrist in the world! I’m so excited. I recommend him to everyone! I wonder why he doesn’t have previous reviews here. I will explain my experience today. My little girl was referred to Dr Neil Naftolin by her Paediatrician. She has a flat foot. Dr Neil made my girl so comfortable by engaging her in serious like questions. When he came into the waiting room, He asked my 5 year old her name, her age, asked if she is married... I bursted out with laughter?? . My girl laughed so hard. Then he started to examine the feet and engaged this girl with various stories. He explained every finding and all the process it will take to correct. He will talk to me one minute like an adult and the next minute will be talking to my child like he was also 5yrs. I was sooo amazed. Like seriously Doctors in Toronto don’t have time for any play with kids. This Dr had all the time in the world. Dr gave my child a toy for “pre examination” and a foot candy for “after examination” of the foot. Dr Neil also had the time to talk to my insurance company on the phone to determine my coverage which was confusing to me. Waoo!! During casting, he showed my girl a video of his grand daughter! My girl was so happy to be there! Dr Neil has all the time in the world for just one patient!! I am sooo impressed. I have booked an appointment for the bunions I have. Thank you Dr Neil! You made our day!
