I've lost count on how many times I've visited and I end up buying something that's expired! I check everything now, and I cannot find anything I like that hasn't expired! I even told them many times that certain things have expired and they do nothing about it! PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS STORE! DON'T GO. DON'T BUY! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I went in to buy a lottery ticket, and asked for a receipt - he refused to key it into his cash register and gave me a print out from the lottery ticket machine. My mom then also bought a lottery ticket and also asked for the receipt and he yelled "what do you want?!" assuming it was due to language barrier I jokingly said "you know if you win they ask you where you bought the ticket so the receipt is proof" he gave us another print out no register receipt and turned to the next customer.

Sorry to break you away from the game you're playing to spend money in your store. He won't say hello or thank you or anything. He has also refused to pay out for winning scratch lottery tickets, too. After several bad run-ins, I won't be back.

C	CLARE STANAWAY on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sept. 16, 2021- Terrible!!! The man working was so rude. I was trying to purchase Lotto Max for a group of us for work. I asked for 7 tickets of 4 lines which totaled $140. He looked at me frowning. He asked, "how you pay?" I said I have $80 in cash and I'll do the rest debit as some people paid me via e-transfer. He said NO! Cash only! I should have seen the red flag! So I said fine- I'll take 4 tickets, 4 lines, no encore for $80. I put down a 50 dollar bill, a 20 dollar bill, a 5 dollar bill, 2 toonies and a loonies. I asked for receipt- I got a print out from the lottery machine only. No cash register receipt with store name. I took my tickets and left. I got home and go to take the tickets out of my wallet and I'm missing a ticket!!!!! He only gave me 3 tickets. And he pocketed $20. I live 2 hours away and purchased because I was in the area yesterday. Needless to say, OLG has been contacted and he has been reported and an investigation started. Save yourself from this scammer! Language barrier is no excuse- he knows how to count!
