★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lamp bulb burned out on my Sony Projector Model #VPLHW45ES. The Sony OEM replacement lamp (LMP-H210) was listed at $499. I researched my options on-line and called the toll free # for MyProjectorLamps. I spoke to a rep in Calgary (I live in BC) who was very helpful and even removed the replacement lamp from their inventory to read off the numbers on the OEM Philips bulb. I decided to order the lamp ($210) and paid for overnight UPS delivery. I immediately received confirmation e-mails from MyProjectorLamps after ordering as well as an e-mail from UPS with estimated delivery time(s). The replacement lamp arrived the next day, very secure in a box in heavy bubble wrap. The housing was exactly the same as my old Sony housing and also stated "Made in Japan". The bulb was a Philips OEM bulb and everything looked identical to my old lamp housing and bulb. The new unit fit exactly as it should and the picture quality was identical to the Sony OEM lamp that burned out, if not better. I took the time to write this review as I was reluctant to order on-line and had read a few negative reviews. My experience was excellent and I saved approx $300.00 which proved to me you can save money and get an excellent product if you do your research. I also learned that Sony does not build their own lamp modules, they outsource them so it makes sense that MyProjectorLamps can provide an equally good product. Thank you MyProjectorLamps!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a lamp for my Epson projector by telephone. Everyone that i spoke with at MPL was friendly, professional, and anxious to help me. My lamp shipped quickly, just as promised and was well packaged. i had an issue with a noise that had not occurred with previous lamps, and MPL shipped a replacement lamp quickly, with return prepaid shipping for my previous lamp. Very satisfied with personable people that helped me, and did everything as promised. will make all of our projector lamp purchases with MPL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a replacement bulb for my Epson, it shipped the same day and arrived very quickly. The packaging was great, their bulbs are high quality and the price was very fair.
I had an issue with my projector, I thought it was the replacement bulb as it wasn't making the noise before. I called their warranty team and they answered on the first ring and sent out a replacement bulb right away. The problem ended up being a stuck auto iris on my projector and nothing to do with the bulb. They were patient and professional throughout the whole experience and sent me a pre-paid return slip to send the bulb back.
I'll purchase again in the future and recommend others to do the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The product doesn't meet the original manufacturer. I have been trying to get my correct bulb since end ofJan . Sent two so far the wrong wattage. Returned and no one has contacted me after repeated calls.
Not only is it the wrong wattage the filmint is bent. This is supposed to be 230 watts
