I concur with the other negative reviews. Inaccurate repair time estimates and poor communication. I had to call in a few times to find out my device was ready when I was told I would be notified. The initial request was a screen replacement for my Nexus 6P and the phone came back with a damaged and bent frame and a damaged rear camera. The rear camera was replaced, without charge, after two months with one that could not focus. A month and a half later and I have a new camera that is still slightly damaged. The customer service was good and I was given the camera replacement for free (less the price of the camera module), however it does not forgive the poor repair job and poor communication. Although much of it was waiting for parts to be ordered in, six months of waiting time has convinced me that returning to this business to get the full repair completed is not worth it.

I came in with a coupon for a free tempered glass twice now. The coupon was from the same source(wounded warriors coupon book) and have found that they have run out of tempered glass for that coupon offer on both occasions and was upsold on a higher quality glass protector for an added cost. Starting to think that it’s not a legit offer because there was no offer of coming in at a later date when stock replenishes to get the protector done. Went to pay 10.50 gave him a twenty and the cashier didn’t carry enough large change so he started breaking out the rolls of dimes or quarters. Also tried to get a receipt print out on a transaction previously done last year for warranty issues with my expensive case that I bought there 7 monthes ago and no luck. Not a biggie, I didn’t keep the receipt so my bad. Maybe just caught the guy up front on a bad day however I’m just not going to repeat business.

Oct 28/2018. Shady Company !!! I went in for a Glass Screen Protector for my Samsung Gal7. I watched the worker take the package for the screen off the wall. However, after presenting a coupon to the worker he took the package to the back room and came back with just the screen. The screen he gave me was for an old S1 original phone or maybe an old I-Phone 4 because the screen protector only covered 2/3 of my S7 phone. Please shop elsewhere because companies like this shouldn't be in business if they need to save a few bucks to keep their doors open by #@! over their customers.

STAY AWAY! Holy this place is awful. There's a reason their rating is so low Said they would take 2 days to fix my phone. Nope. Did they ever update their online tool for progress updates UNLESS i called first? Nope. Did they call to update me ever? Nope. Were there stores hours consistent? Nope. 30 days after i dropped it off i had to walk into their store and wait for them to put it back together and give it to me. Who know if they would have ever even called to update me. I dont understand how some companies operate. A hour late? Sure. A couple days? Ok fine, life happens. But jeez, i mean have some respect for your customers. I had to make a gmail account JUST to review your awful service. There is a reason you only have 3 stars.

I was recommended this place by Telus to fix my cracked screen on my phone and also fix the slight bend in it because apparently they could do it for a lower price then them (Min. estimate $250). When I brought it in I was told it would cost about $190 to fix plus a $30 deposit and should be done in about 4 days, okay not so bad. 4 days later I was told they had to order a screen and it would take another week, and that I would get a call with updates. A week goes by and I'm told now they need to order another frame and it'll be another week. As well they had to charge an extra $20 for a new frame (Thought that was included in the original cost?) Finally after a week and a half with no call I called to check on the status of my phone. I was then told my phone was in the States and they were still waiting for it. (What happened to ordering a frame?) When I questioned why it was taking so long I was only told everything was backed up due to the holidays and i would be called when it arrived. 6 days later I missed their call but got a message saying the screen was on and they needed to test to see if it worked. I've tried calling them back 4 times now on different days and left a message but I am still waiting for a response back. I even stopped by during their supposed regular business hrs (Monday around 4pm) but they were closed with no posted explanation. It has now been a total of 4 1/2 weeks since I first brought in my phone and I am still waiting to pick it up. I am extremely dissatisfied with this business. They lack professionalism, they don't keep up with their customers and their estimated costs and repair times are out the window. Next time if I ever need any future phone repairs I think I'll just pay the extra cost to get it done by real professionals.

Top-notch experience! As a self-proclaimed Luddite, I was distraught after my screen had cracked; I wasn't sure what the prognosis was and thought my phone may be an indefinite write-off considering two other mobile repair companies had taken a brief look in person at my phone and told me: a. They were not sure if they could save any data b. They were not sure how bad the damage was I found this company on a whim and over the phone Darcy was the first person who asked me numerous questions about what had happened, what was occurring at the moment with my phone and so on. I brought in my phone right away despite it being 20 minutes to closing time and Darcy took a look at my phone and told me: a. My screen is cracked (he showed me the precise damage and explained what happens when cracks occur) b. Reassured me it is an easy fix and would be done within days. No data would be lost. Having heard the latter, I nearly wept I was so happy. And he seemed confident about the fix. I left my phone with Your Mobile Inc., not having read reviews or the likes and hoped for the best. I also received a 'loaner' phone with a deposit which turned out to have a technical problem so I was unable to use it (spotty service due to data transmission); however, I brought it back the next business day and Darcy explained what was wrong with the phone and offered me another one. After I'd received my phone back from being repaired, there was an issue with other people not being able to hear me on calls. The staff at Your Mobile Inc. had said if there were any concerns or further issues to let them know immediately, which I did. The next day, I took my phone in and within half an hour the issue was resolved (no cost; there was some plastic film blocking the microphone.) All in all, this company really delivered! The initial quote I was given, which was much lower than the other companies I'd spoken to, was exactly what I ended up paying. My phone is back and as good as new. The staff are very knowledgeable, efficient (!), patient, friendly and professional. I'll make sure to be back and I will recommend this company going forward.

I'm so happy with my experience at MyMobile. My phone was shattered badly when I brought it in. I could barely use it. Darcy was able to fix it for me in two hours and my phone is like brand new. Darcy really knows his stuff, he was super knowledgeable about all of the newest tech and hooked me up with a new top of the line screen protector and case.

I really have to urge anyone with a laptop repair to NOT go there! I brought in my laptop around 20 October 2019. It took them a month to diagnose the problem with my laptop. After a few messages back and forth about the repairs I decided around 19 December that they should put my laptop back together without further repair. I got a response the day after that I get back to me as soon as they a laptop was put back together. After repeatedly calling and sending them emails, they finally finished the job around the 12 February. So these were almost another two months on top. For a while they did not back to me for weeks. I understand that the staff had health issues, but this is no reason to work on a laptop for three (!!!!) months. The owner should have organized a temporary substitute.
