I	India George on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In January 2019 the receptionist taking new patients offered us a MEET & GREET with Dr Faye in May. We agreed to the meet and greet and went on to request further information about requiring immediate appointments since this was 5 month wait. Fast forward 5 months we and I emailed (as nobody answers the phone) to ask about our first appointment timing. She replied that she didn't schedule it and would offer us a place in October! We have 4 children...this is our first doctor in Canada and have been waiting 5 months and now she mis-schedules and tells us to wait another 5 months! Imagine this service??? We are entirely disgusted that they can treat people like this.

One of the receptionists was unprofessional with me once over the phone in the manner in which she pushed for a particular time to reschedule my appointment, not taking no for an answer until after I insisted. Must be having a bad day but not professional. Otherwise great experience.
S	Seeds to Saplings Canada on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We too love Dr. Mathew as our family doctor. Kids (including boys) feel super comfortable with her and she is professional yet compassionate. The few times that we have seen either Dr. Lee or Dr. Baker in Dr. Mathew's absence, we were also impressed. The appointment system, and not answering of phones can be frustrating but most times we can get an appointment within a couple of days. Again, not ideal but manageable for the most part.
L	L G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Wang and Dr. Chang (who is filling in for Dr. Wang) have been both very good. We are very happy with both of them. This clinic has their own nurse, which I love. The service is really good. Whitney, the front desk girl who is responsible for my doctor, has been nothing but exceptionally wonderful. She answers the emails within few minutes and follows up with your requests. She is very pleasant to talk to. There is little to no wait time. One draw back: they do not pick up the phone if you call, but now you can schedule appointments on line, which takes care of that. However, online option might not be an option for an old person who might not be tech savvy. I think admin needs to reconsider non answering the phone policy, to ensure equity and access for all. That's why 4 stars, otherwise they would get 5 stars.
l	lisa c on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has the best doctors and best receptionists and best nurses. We moved out of the city 2 years ago and sadly had to leave them. I am missing them very much these days! They have the best bedside manner, I have not found anyone in my area that is even remotely equivalent to this place. If any of their doctors are accepting patients I highly recommend getting in there, it's hard to find a practice that has excellent service in every area.

My comments were unwarranted and unacceptable, and I will be more mindful for how my comments will impact others going forward. I fully own and regret my lapse of judgement, and will use this as a chance to reflect to make sure nothing like this happens again. Please accept my full apology. I would love the chance to apologize over the phone or through another platform but don't want to take time away from other patients. I have been a patient with this clinic for over 15 years, and have received consistently excellent care. I'm grateful to have been a patient throughout my life.
T	Tracie Evaggelou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in for interview, for receptionist job, something that I have been doing for over 20 years, and did not get job because I was not Filipino, These Doctors are a bunch of racist, I am white have an MOA, PSW, MT MLA and numerous other training and diplomas. I am excellent with Patient and extremely diligent and organised. So what other conclusion could I come to when all support staff is Filipino….. RACISTS
