We have always received feedback regarding our daughter who has been there for one year. They always communicate with us effectively. They care so much about the hygiene and cleaning of the space. They have worked very hard on their backyard which has a water park!! and amazing synthetic grass for the kids to play! Really love the outdoor space.
J	James Sanders on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We absolutely love MyBaby Daycare! Our daughter is in the infant program. She started when she was 10 months old and has been going there for the past four months. I was very nervous to leave her after being home with her for the first 10 months. Jessie was very kind and reassured me that she would be in good hands. The first week they called during the day and let me know how she was doing and even took pictures that they sent to my phone. We truly love both Jessie and Nathalie who are teachers in the infant class. They love the kids like they are their own and you can truly see they love what they do. Our daughter adapted very quickly and loves going to school every day. She is always happy and smiling when I pick her up. The teachers take very good care of her and always keep us up to date on how she's doing. I would highly recommend this daycare. We feel very lucky to have found this place and are so thankful that she is in a safe and happy environment.
R	Rachel K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommend My Baby Daycare to everyone. We were very fortunate to have found this facility which aligns with our philosophy and ways of dealing with our child. The staff was very loving, professional, caring and consistent with their communication and cleaning procedures. Our son just aged out of the program and we are very saddened to have to leave Jessie. There are three people that I trust my son with which is Jessie, Sarah, my husband! The door was always opened on time. When we were late due to traffic, they were very accommodating. We were on subsidy and they did all the paperwork to receive full benefits. From the first day, we were comfortable leaving our son under their care. Even during COVID, they were very supportive and helped their clients during this difficult time. It is much appreciated. We will miss My Baby Daycare and we wish them the best.
c	corrina masson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very negative experience with this daycare, the owner is incredibly rude and their response times to respond to emails often took multiple weeks which is completely inexcusable. There were multiple instances were they closed the daycare with little to no notice (an hour before daycare started). Our daughter had reoccurring diaper rashes that we had to bring to the attention of the staff multiple times. We would often pick her up and her diaper was extremely full. The centre has no formal documentation system for parents to know how the day is going and are very dismissive at drop off. When voicing concerns and wanting to terminate care, the owner was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend this daycare at all. Be advised that if you wish to terminate care (despite having concerns), we were required to give them 4 months notice which is absurd We had our daughter enrolled from February 2021 until end of August 2021

I’m happy leaving my little man knowing he is getting the best care possible from some of the nicest, most attentive teachers out there! MyBaby is not just our childcare center - it is like family and we are glad to have found such a welcoming place for our baby!
M	Mo gh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our son loved MyBaby Daycare so much! He attended from 10 months up to over 2 yrs old and was excited to go everyday and loved all the teachers there. He would smile the moment he knew he was at the daycare and run up to Jessie ready to play. The whole staff are really loving and dedicated to all the kids and they do so many activities and are really responsive to working on the development of the kids as they grow. We just moved so can't attend anymore but we wanted to give a big recommendation and a big thank you to MyBaby Daycare!

MyBaby Daycare is the most amazing place, if you are looking for a place where your child is loved and cared for with a genuine heart. Our daughter attended this daycare since she was 1 years old, and there was not one single day that she didn't want to go to daycare. It was a second home to her, where she made some of her first friendships. Jessie, Jennifer, and Samantha will treat your child like their own - hugs, smiles, back rubs, extra cuddles on tough days. They have many years of experience and know how to see each child as an individual with different personalities and needs. MyBaby Daycare has a beautiful, sunny backyard so every day the kiddos get to play outside with bubbles, water tables and sprinkles. It is truly the most wonderful spot that we will forever cherish in our hearts for helping our daughter grow and flourish! 10 STARS!

My son was with Jessie and Jennifer for almost a year and we were so grateful for the excellent care they provided. Things I LOVED about MyBaby Daycare: The intimate setting and small number of kids to ratio. Jessie and Jennifer were very professional, kind, caring caregivers. The back yard is huge with so many fun things to do! The socialization of our son had a positive impact on his confidence with other kids. The staff are incredibly thoughtful and caring individuals. They communicated necessities and checked in with us on all things. Our son was visibly happy to be there! They take a ton of pictures which I appreciate. I would highly recommend this daycare. You will not regret it!
