â â â â â Estabamos con muchĂsima ilusiĂłn, pero Fatal claridad en ventas (Oficina en obra) con el resultado-acabado "Primera fase del edificio " .- CASO REAL - . Venden condo sobre plano y luego,despuĂ©s de años construido cuando quieren Notariar, pasamos antes a visitar , no estando de acuerdo (no terminado al 100% para vivir) hay diferencias tanto superficie como en la construcciĂłn-acabados, pues las puertas rozan... ,ventana sin margen para abrir,balcĂłn iba a ser con cierre peligroso muy abierto por abajo y si terminar aĂșn (sin cerrar),,,, ademas retrasaron la entrega mucho tiempo, si recordamos unos 2 años y no te decĂan la verdad - transparencia insuficiente, dando por culpa a normativa municipal, etc....
Se hizo trato final dificil mediante Avocat, "puesto que no querĂan negociar despuĂ©s de tantos esfuerzos" para rescindir contrato. (por supuesto perdiendo por nuestra parte mĂĄs del 50% de la entrega inicial, mas costes de Avocat + alquiler en otro condo por la tardanza en la entrega). Mientras, en Ventas (vendedor...) -se lavan las manos- y desean esquivar relaciones con el cliente , malas caras, es decir trato y comportamiento no profesional y diferente a cuando se hizo contrato. Sabemos que hubo bastantes compradores que tambiĂ©n tuvieron sus problemas por lo mismo. Fatal experiencia!!!!
We were very excited, but Fatal clarity in sales (Office on site) with the result-finished "First phase of the building" .- REAL CASE -. They sell condo on plan and then, after years built when they want to Notarize, we went before visiting, not agreeing (not finished 100% to live) there are differences both surface and construction-finished, as the doors rub ... ., window without margin to open, balcony was going to be with dangerous closure very open down and if still finish (without closing) ,,,, also delayed delivery a long time, if we remember about 2 years and did not tell you the truth - insufficient transparency, giving due to municipal regulations, etc ...
A final difficult deal was made through Avocat, "since they did not want to negotiate after so many efforts" to terminate the contract. (of course losing more than 50% of the initial delivery, plus Avocat + rental costs in another condo due to late delivery). Meanwhile, in Sales (salesman ...) -they wash their hands- and wish to avoid relationships with the customer, bad faces, that is to say, unprofessional treatment and behavior different from when the contract was made. We know that there were many buyers who also had their problems for the same reason. Fatal experience !!!!
