Je déconseille très fortement à toutes les entreprises de faire affaire avec Kustom Sportwear. On nous demande de payer la totalité de la commande, sans produire d'échantillon et nous assurant que ce serait conforme à la commande précédente. Quelle mauvaise surprise de constater que les 1200$ de t-shirts ne sont pas vraiment noirs mais plutôt anthracite (tirant sur le gris sale) et les lettres en or métallisé (à gauche sur la photo) sont en fait de couleur bronze... On nous répond que selon leurs ''standards'', la commande est conforme! L'opération est un succès mais le patient est décédé. Bravo mon champion!
Il est dommage que des entreprises soient encore en affaires avec une politique de satisfaction de la clientèle et une qualité aussi médiocres. C'est fini à tout jamais dans notre cas. Souhaitons que le karma se charge de Kustom Sportwear...
There was no zero star choice, which is what I would have written down to describe my experience with Kustom Sportwear.
I strongly recommend that all companies do not do business with Kustom Sportwear. We are asked to pay for the entire order, without producing a sample and ensuring that it would conform to the previous order. What a bad surprise to see that the $ 1200 of t-shirts are not really black but rather anthracite (drawing on the dirty gray) and the letters in metallic gold (on the left in the photo) are in fact bronze in color ... We are told that according to their "standards", the order is compliant! The operation was successful but the patient died. Well done my champion!
It is a shame that companies are still in business with such a poor customer satisfaction policy and quality. It's over forever in our case. Let's hope that karma takes care of Kustom Sportwear ...
