★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We leased a new vehicle from Murray GM Merritt in July of this year. It was by far the easiest and most enjoyable experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. The staff - Mike and Brock - were top notch! Richard the owner of the dealership offered fresh water for our dog and personally came and thanked us for dealing with them. I would highly recommend everyone to make the drive to this dealership!!!!! We will certainly be dealing with them when it is time for a new vehicle again - no hesitation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a GREAT experience in purchasing my 2017 Camaro from Murray GM in Merritt. Linda Gillis was awesome to deal with. Working out of province during the purchase process she worked with me in communicating with me via email. She kept her word that I would have first chance to put a deposit down on the car if there were any other parties interested in this car which there was. I put the deposit down and when I returned home from my job we arranged to view the car. Upon arriving at Murray GM the car was outside waiting for me to test drive it. Linda arranged it so that I could take the car to get insurance while she did all the paper work so that when I returned I could just drive away but I opted for the rust protection, fabric protection and paint protection so I went for lunch across from the dealership where, when I went to pay for my lunch...it had been taken care of by Linda....what customer service. They helped me through the process of setting up my OnStar system and went through all the features of the car before I left. I would recommend anyone looking for excellent customer service in purchasing a new or used car to go to Murray GM in Merritt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jay is a awesome person to deal with. By chance they had a GMC Terrian in stock with the engine option upgrade that I liked. Jay gave me a amazing deal on the SUV and also gave a very nice trade in offer for my vehicle I had and made me feel very appreciated as a customer. Linda was very friendly and nice to deal with for financing and choosing a few extras for my SUV and she was able to get me a very good bank rate. Highly recommend this dealership. I also like the service department here. They are very friendly and have dealt with a couple of issues on my SUV.
