S	Sean Carroll on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was t-boned a few weeks ago causing damage on the front (door) wouldn't open properly, the drivers side of the car had a huge decent and there was other work to be performed around wheel well. They gave a reasonable estimate for the work and I took my car in on Monday. They gave me a courtesy car to use for the week and when I picked up my car yesterday I was shocked to say the least. My car looked brand new, detailed inside and out and they did an amazing job of fixing the damage. My car looks amazing. To add to this any time I dealt with any of the staff they were professional, helpful and polite. I highly reccommend.

It was a bit of a distance home and I didn't feel comfortable driving that long with my car in that condition. I stopped in Merritt and called Boyd Autobody & Glass and Kelvin picked up. I told him what I thought the issue was (I don't know too much about cars) and he said come to them and he would have someone take a look. When I arrived Kelvin was very professional and friendly and I didn't have to wait at all which was awesome. The mechanic took a thorough look and told me exactly what the issue was. He was very knowledgeable. I wanted to get to home sooner than later, so the mechanic said that he could do a temporary repair. He repaired the car in a timely manner and Kelvin physically showed me what I would need to get done when I arrived home and also gave me an estimate of what it would cost. On top of this great service, the guys were kind enough to do this temporary repair at no cost so I could get home safely. I am so impressed with their business practice and I will definitely be getting future repairs with Boyd. Thank you so much for your kindness!

I booked an appointment to get my Honda Ridgeline repair on November 22, 2021 just before Merritt had it flood. I understand that they got flooded and needed to fixed the shop. I wanted to keep my business local so I gave them time to repair the damages. But I have called them several times to rebook the appointment and have been getting the run around we will call you next week. I am still waiting for my call back to rebook my Honda. Now I have to go through the process again getting the damages approved by ICBC by another shop outside of Merritt either in Kamloops or Kelowna which I don't want to do because I was happy with Boyd's the last time we took our vehicle to them

Due to the flooding I had to wait approximately 1 month before getting an appointment (totally understandable). The work they’ve done is immaculate, my car looks like new again. Ryan even touched up a few scratches on his own time. I hope not to have to go see them too often, but I’m sure am glad they’re in Merritt.
